All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order doesn’t arrive:
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We will do our best to locate your order.
If the order is damaged:
Please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number and shipment issue. You may return the damaged product to us for a refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please view our “Returns and Exchanges” policy for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We accept payments via Paypal, most major credit cards, and bank wire transfers.
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of payment.
