Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Milandr. Please see below for information on our shipping policy.


Estimated shipping delivery times:


USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


International shipping:


International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 


Shipping issues:


If your order doesn’t arrive:

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at sales@milandr.com noting your order number. We will do our best to locate your order. 


If the order is damaged:


Please get in touch with us at sales@milandr.com  noting your order number and shipment issue. You may return the damaged product to us for a refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please view our “Returns and Exchanges” policy for more information.


Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs are non­refundable.


If the order is damaged:


Please get in touch with us at sales@milandr.com  noting your order number and shipment issue. You may return the damaged product to us for a refund or replacement at no cost to you.


Payment Policy:

We accept payments via Paypal, most major credit cards, and bank wire transfers. 

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days of payment. 


If you are considering an order above ten units, please let us know exactly how many of each item you will need and we will make sure that you get the best discount available.

Warranty: 

Milandr, Inc. warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Within the period of this warranty, Milandr, Inc. will repair or replace, free of charge, any part proving defective in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and service must be performed by an authorized Milandr, Inc. technician or facility. All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by Milandr, Inc. except for the shipping costs, which shall be assumed by the buyer.

Warranty Exclusions: 

A.This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

1. Service calls to correct the installation of the covered product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.
2. Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use
3. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
4. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Milandr, Inc. authorized service technician.

B.Should goods be returned, it is at the discretion of Milandr, Inc. to assess the returned items for:
1.Fair wear and tear
2.Correct installation and fitting
3.Damage to outer casing and appearance
4.Complete item returned

For example, should an item be accessed as being incorrectly fitted no refund can be offered.


How to Obtain Warranty Service 

Warranty repairs are to be made by a Milandr, Inc technician or service facility. For a list of authorized specialists, please contact Milandr, Inc.
To obtain warranty service, the buyer should carefully pack the Covered product, preferably in the original packing materials, and deliver it, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and a description of the problem, to the specified service facility designated by Milandr upon filing your warranty form.
